Mind-a-Paw · Last updated 7 October 2026
Mind-a-Paw is run by THE PET WELLBEING COMPANY PTY LTD (ABN 13 673 319 652) in Australia (“we”). It is a working diary for pet sitters and dog walkers. Questions: support@spot-a-paw.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and your business name, area, hourly rate and currency. One a-Paw account works in all our apps.
- What you write about your clients: their names, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, and access notes such as a key box or a gate code.
- What you write about their animals: name, kind, breed, feeding, medication, allergies, their vet and an emergency contact.
- Visits: when, what kind, how long, what you did, a note, and a photograph if you take one.
- Invoices: an amount, a due date and a reference.
What we never collect
- Your location. Mind-a-Paw does not ask for the location permission and does not read it. An address is typed in by you.
- Payments. Nothing is bought in the app today. Pro and Team become store subscriptions later; the store takes the payment and the app only learns whether the plan is on. We never see card details. Invoices are a record you send your client yourself — no money moves through the app.
- Advertising, analytics or tracking. There are none, and nothing is sold or passed to anybody.
Who can see it
Nobody but you, and your staff if you are on a Team plan. None of it is shown to other people using Mind-a-Paw and none of it is public. A photograph taken on a visit is kept in a private bucket and shown through a link that expires; it cannot be opened by anybody else.
Owners
The people whose animals you mind do not have accounts. They receive the visit and the invoice from you, outside the app, using whatever you already use with them.
How we use it
Only to run the app: to show your round, keep your clients and their animals, raise your invoices, and provide support.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase (database, files and sign-in; stored in Sydney, Australia)
- Apple and Google, and RevenueCat, for Pro and Team when they are switched on
Permissions the app asks for
Internet; the camera, to photograph a visit; and on Android 12 and below, reading storage so you can pick a photograph. No location permission is declared at all.
Deleting your data
On the a-Paw account page, which deletes your account, your clients, their animals, your visits and your invoices, in every a-Paw app. You can also email us.
Children
Mind-a-Paw is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We will update this page and the date above if this policy changes.
