Mind-a-Paw is run by THE PET WELLBEING COMPANY PTY LTD (ABN 13 673 319 652) in Australia. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be 16 or over.
What the app is
Mind-a-Paw is a working diary for pet sitters and dog walkers: your clients, their animals, your visits and your invoices. It is not a booking platform and we do not find you clients. Whatever you agree with a client is between you and them.
Your clients’ details are your responsibility
You are entering other people’s names, addresses, phone numbers and how to get into their homes. You decide what to put in and you are responsible for having their agreement to keep it. Tell your clients you use an app for this, enter only what you need to do the work, and remove a client when you stop working for them.
Accounts
An account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account, including by staff you add on a Team plan.
Invoices
An invoice in Mind-a-Paw is a record you raise and send yourself. No money moves through the app. We do not collect payments, chase them or hold funds, and we are not party to what you charge.
Pro and Team
Pro and Team are subscriptions sold through the App Store or Google Play and renew until you cancel there. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
Care of animals
Mind-a-Paw records what you did; it is not advice about animal care or medicine. In an emergency, contact a vet.
Funding meals for street animals
A published share of revenue funds meals for street animals through One Tail One Meal. That share comes out of our revenue: you pay only the price of your subscription.
Liability
We provide the app “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
