Snap-a-Paw is run by THE PET WELLBEING COMPANY PTY LTD (ABN 13 673 319 652) in Australia (“we”). It turns photos of your pet into painted portraits. Questions: support@spot-a-paw.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address. One a-Paw account works in all our apps.
• Photos you choose to paint, and the portraits made from them. If you use a pet from Care-a-Paw, we read its name and photo.
• Purchases: your portrait packs, handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.

How your photo is used

When you ask for a portrait, your photo is checked for safety and sent to an image provider that paints it, then the portrait is stored for you. The provider processes it only to make your portrait. Only you can see your photos and portraits unless you share them.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase (database, files and sign-in; stored in Sydney, Australia)
• OpenAI (safety check and painting, only for portraits you ask for)
• RevenueCat, Apple and Google (purchases)

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Deleting your data

In the app: Account → Delete account. This deletes your account, photos and portraits in every a-Paw app. You can also email us.

Children

Snap-a-Paw is not directed at children under 16.
