These terms are an agreement between you and THE PET WELLBEING COMPANY PTY LTD (ABN 13 673 319 652) (“we”) for the Snap-a-Paw app. By using the app you accept them.
Portraits
Portraits are made by an image model from photos you choose, and results vary. Upload only photos you have the right to use, of animals, with no people's faces you don't have permission to use. Your first portrait is free and carries a small Snap-a-Paw mark; portraits from packs don't. Portraits are for your personal use.
Packs
Portrait packs are one-off purchases through the App Store or Google Play. A portrait that fails is not charged. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
Funding meals for street animals
A published share of revenue funds meals for street animals through One Tail One Meal. That share comes out of our revenue: you pay only the price of your pack.
Liability
We provide the app “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
