These terms are an agreement between you and THE PET WELLBEING COMPANY PTY LTD (ABN 13 673 319 652) (“we”) for the Care-a-Paw app and this website. By using the app you accept them.
The app
Care-a-Paw helps you keep records and reminders for your pets. It is not veterinary advice. Always ask your vet about your pet's health. Reminders depend on your phone and settings, so please don't rely on them alone for medication.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your pets.
Premium
Premium is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play and renews until you cancel it there. Portrait packs are one-off purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
What you upload
You keep ownership of your photos and records. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. Upload only content you have the right to use. No unlawful, offensive or harmful content.
Portraits
Portraits are made by an image model from photos you choose. Results can vary. They are for your personal use.
Funding meals for street animals
A published share of revenue funds meals for street animals through One Tail One Meal. That share comes out of our revenue: you pay only the price of your subscription.
Liability
We provide the app “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
