These terms are an agreement between you and THE PET WELLBEING COMPANY PTY LTD (ABN 13 673 319 652) (“we”) for the Track-a-Paw app. By using the app you accept them.
The app
Track-a-Paw helps neighbours share lost and found pets. We cannot promise a pet will be found. In an emergency, contact your local council, vet or animal shelter too.
Posting
Post only true alerts about real animals, with photos you have the right to use. No offensive, unlawful or misleading content, and no selling of animals. Meet finders in safe, public places. We may remove any content or account that breaks these terms.
Protect
Protect is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play and renews until you cancel it there. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
Funding meals for street animals
A published share of revenue funds meals for street animals through One Tail One Meal. That share comes out of our revenue: you pay only the price of your subscription.
Liability
We provide the app “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
